These courses follow the training outline and objectives used by Crystal Decisions (formerly Seagate Software) to effectively learn this powerful application.
However, the exercises have been customized to utilize the data from the Excelsior Solution's PINNACLE database (G2ds.db). The courses are taught by an Excelsior Software specialist that is certified by the makers of Crystal Reports in both training and consulting with over 9 years experience with this application.
Each attendee will receive Report Design Guides I & II. These manuals contain over 400 pages of step-by-step instructions on creating over 25 different types of reports as well as tips, tricks and warnings as applied to PINNACLE data.
